Rental price is per week, and includes:
- Gas and electricity
- Linen and towels, and pool towels (changed weekly)
- Maid service for 4 hours per week
- Pool maintenance (weekly)
- Internet access (Wi-Fi).
Please note that the following items are not included in the rental price:
- Pool heating (320 per week)
- Final clean (250)
- Winter heating (meter reading)

In high season, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
The house is available for short breaks of less than a week before mid-May and after mid-September (excluding Christmas and the New Year).
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be paid to secure a booking and a security deposit of £1,000 is required to cover the cost of any damages or breakages to or at the property, any additional cleaning, and the cost of telephone and/or other services/utilities that are not included in the rental price.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the house. Small pets are allowed only with the owners prior consent.
